All product motifs displayed on our website and in our shops are either created by Satoshicon LLC itself or officially licensed through us. We respect the copyright and intellectual property of others and ensure that all used designs and motifs can be lawfully used.

We use so-called "mockups" to display our product motifs in the shop. These are for illustrative purposes only and may slightly differ from the actual products.

The use of our product motifs, designs, or other content without prior written consent from Satoshicon LLC is strictly prohibited.

Scope

For all orders via our online shop, the following terms and conditions apply. Our online shop is exclusively for consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are neither commercial nor their independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity, who acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity when concluding a legal transaction.

Contracting party, conclusion of the contract, correction possibilities

The purchase contract is concluded with Satoshicon LLC.

By placing products in our online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided for this purpose in the order process. The contract is concluded by clicking the order button to accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

Contract language, contract text storage

The language(s) available for the conclusion of the contract: German and English.

We store the contract text and send you the order data and our terms and conditions in text form. The contract text is no longer accessible via the Internet for security reasons.

Delivery conditions

In addition to the product prices indicated, shipping costs may be incurred. You can find more detailed provisions on any shipping costs incurred in the offers.

We only deliver by shipping route. Unfortunately, a self-collection of the product is not possible.

We do not deliver to packing stations.

Payment

In our shop, the following payment methods are generally available to you:

Cryptocurrencies: You can make the payment in cryptocurrency (e.g., Bitcoin, ETH, USDT, and 50+ other coins/tokens) using the Crypto Payment function of the payment service provider Aurpay in a separate browser window. You will need a wallet with the appropriate cryptocurrency for the transaction/payment. Please refer to the privacy policy of aurpay.net.

Credit Card: Upon placing the order, you will provide your credit card details. After your identification as the lawful cardholder, the payment transaction is automatically carried out and your card is charged.

PayPal, PayPal Express: In the order process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. In order to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, legitimize with your access data, and confirm the payment instruction to us. After placing the order in the shop, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is carried out immediately by PayPal. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.

PayPal Plus: As part of the PayPal Plus payment service, we offer you various payment methods as PayPal services. You will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. There you can enter your payment data, confirm the use of your data by PayPal and the payment instruction to PayPal.

Sofort by Klarna: After placing the order, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Sofort GmbH. To be able to pay the invoice amount via Sofort, you must have an online banking account with PIN/TAN procedure activated for participating, legitimize yourself accordingly, and confirm the payment instruction to us. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process. The payment transaction is carried out immediately afterward by Sofort and your account is debited.

Invoice and Financing via Klarna: In cooperation with Klarna AB (www.klarna.de), Sveavägen 46, Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you invoice purchase and installment purchase as payment options. Please note that Klarna Invoice and Klarna Installment Purchase are only available to consumers and payment must be made to Klarna.

Warranty and Guarantees

The statutory liability for defects applies. Information on any additional warranties that may apply and their exact terms can be found with the product and on special information pages in the online shop.

Liability

For claims based on damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or vicarious agents, we are always liable without limitation

in case of injury to life, body or health,

in case of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty,

for guarantee promises, if agreed, or

as far as the scope of the Product Liability Act is opened.

In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which enables the proper execution of the contract in the first place and on whose compliance the contractual partner may regularly rely (cardinal obligations) through slight negligence by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents, the liability is limited to the foreseeable damage at the time of contract conclusion, which must typically be expected.
